My wonderful new addition is...a weekly music rotation! Yay! I've been think about this for a while and I've finally decided to do it! First off some rules!!!
1. I will delete previous week roatations EVERY SUNDAY! If you are in need of a previous week, email me and I will send it to you.
2. Please comment even with a thanks. If you don't, I will password protect everything and make you have to ask for the password via email, which I really hate doing.
3.Please support your favorite new artists you may discover by buying their singles!
4. and by Law, I must add that everything must be deleted off your computer in 24 hours thank you!

I'd just like to make a quick post about the single that inspired this blog's name.
On August 8th, 2006, a wonderful thing happened in the world of J-pop. Yuna Ito released her 5th single "losin'", which is my favorite single of her's to-date. The single only made it to #19 on the Oricon charts due to the fact that it was only limited to 70,000 singles. Those who bought this single and "Stuck on You" were even given the privilege to attend her first invation-only contest tour. The theme track was only oddly enough the 2nd season theme song for the Japanese dubbed version of LOST.
Now to the actual review of the single...:)
1. losin'
soft, silky tone of her voice against the dance beats and violin that give this song a sweet, but all over sad tone to the song that makes it musical unique to her previous singles. It's lyrics have a great complexity to them that draws you in to this with much given back in requital. Her emotions are clear and strong and makes you feel everything that she does.
2. Stay For Love
Another dance tune on this album that really doesn't live up to it's A-side at all. It seems disorganized and at times it seems as if the instrumental is covering up Yuna's vocals. I also seems very rushed and moved too quickly without many accents or crescendos and decrescendos. (I like to pretend as if this song never existed :p).
3. losin' -Simplicity Mix-
the second B-side is a remix of the A-side that cuts down on violins and focuses more on the softer dance beats that fill the song. This is my favorite track on the single by far. The song is stripped down to it's basics and it makes you love it more than before. A great way to close a wonderful single from Yuna Ito.

just this blog has been a complete failure since moving to VOX, I was decided to abandon it for my new jpop blog located at losingsimplicity.wordpress.com...
Best in the future,
Kimberly
There hasn't been many views lately and I think I have a plan to fix that. How about a super revamp and contest! In just a few days I will be opening this blog at a new location with a hidden clue on a random post on the first page each week for the next month.
Rules
- You will need to check back to see where the clue is hidden each week. Every day of the week, I will change the clue's location and each week I will delete the the previous week's clue.
- The clue will refer to a clue to song from Morning Musume prior to 2007.
- you will need all the clues to win the grand prize which will be announced at the end of the contest. The only hint I will give you now is that it is a rare item...
- Have fun!
So I recently went on a shopping spree and this is what I have bought.
Top: Resonant Blue( Limited A Korea), 4th Ikkimashoi w/ poster, W-Aa Ii Na!
Middle: Souda! We're Alive w/ stickers, Mr. Moonlight, Renai Revolution 21
Bottom: Happy Summer Wedding, I wish, The Peace!, All of Tanpopo
and my favorite new item, an Ambitious Promotional poster from Ohta's E-bay store.

There have been many things that had caused me to stop blogging. First of all, I was just tired and overwhelmed with so much going around me that I could never find any time in the first place. So, I stopped. I have posted a few little pieces here and there but nothing like I used to. Until now! I am officially back. With this return I have decided to impliment a few changes to my blog.
First stop is a new weekly feature. I had actually been thinking how I've never really done them before and thought that it was time. What is it? All I will tell you is it is called "H!P'S BWII" What does it stand for? you'll find out later on when I will post the first entry.
Secondly, Wow. There is a lot that I need to catch up on. You really just can't leave for 5 months and not have much happen, now can you?

I just want to write a short bit about my favorite Musume of all time...Goto Maki. First of all, I had always figured that she would eventually leave H!P. Ever since Suppin to Namida, I had felt that she had really started to outgrow H!P in general. By the time that she released Glass no pumps, it was extremely apperant that she was no longer anything like the rest of H!P anymore and that there wasn't really much the agency could do for me as artist. All you had to do was look at past interviews and she how unhappy she really was with UFA. Now I feel she has moved to a label that will better be able to help her grow as an artist. I wish her all the best of luck!
I am creating a Lin Lin fansite. If any one is interested in helping or is willing to contribute anything to the site, please leave a comment!
Sorry I haven't posted in a couple of months. I've been without internet due to the fact that I have had to help my sister move back to the states! Yea!
